The Operations Support Technician (O.S.T.)
Supports restaurant operations through their management team and corporate field supervision in all areas of restaurant bookkeeping and is the liaison between the restaurant and the corporate support center for Financial, Human Resources, Payroll and IT transactions. This position is based in the restaurant with an average of 32 hours Monday through Friday. The OST reports directly to the General Manager; indirectly to the Director, Accounting+Corporate Operations Support.
