The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated created the upscale casual dining segment in 1978 with the introduction of its namesake concept. The Company operates 140+ restaurants throughout the U.S. under The Cheesecake Factory name with an extensive menu of more than 200 items and average annual restaurant sales volume of approximately $9.8 million. Grand Lux Cafe the Company's second concept has 13 restaurants in operation across the U.S. offering a broad menu of more than 150 items and average annual restaurant sales of approx $10.6 million. The Company also operates 2 bakery production facilities in Calabasas Hills, CA and Rocky Mount, NC that produce over 70 varieties of quality cheesecakes and other baked products.

RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen, which opened its ornate doors at Westfield Century City on June 19, 2008 is the first major restaurant of its kind in Los Angeles, CA. An upscale casual destination from restaurateur David Overton and Singapore-raised, New York-trained chef Mohan Ismail (Spice Market, Tabla, Blue Hill), RockSugar showcases the cuisines of Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and India.
