The responsibilities of the temporary admin/clerical staff member may include but are not limited to:

* screening and directing incoming calls
* filing, copying and scanning documents
* data entry
* shipping and mailing projects
* assembling materials as needed
* assisting with projects that require the ability to use internet and MS Office
* assisting with other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

* Good computer skills, Internet & PC savvy
* Detailed oriented with ability to stay organized and on task
* Ability to work independently and as a team player
* Ability to multi task
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
* Working knowledge of MS Office desired
* Some administrative or clerical experience a plus
