DESSERT FINISHER/ESPRESSO MAKER

This Barista-style role is the sweetest gig at The Cheesecake Factory! You’ll plate our famous cheesecakes and craft delicious espresso drinks for our guests.
Once you’ve mastered the Dessert Finisher / Espresso Maker role, you’ll have the opportunity to advance to a Cashier or Server and grow your skills and earnings potential. HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A DESSERT FINISHER/ESPRESSO MAKER:
- Customer/guest service experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced English reading and communication skills.
- Knowledge of weights, measurements and volume.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 35 lbs. and work in a confined area with walk in freezers.
- Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
