The Steward is one of the most critical roles in our kitchen. As a Steward, you’ll make sure the highest quality ingredients and products are always on hand, work with suppliers to place orders (food, beverage and dry stock items) and maintain all storage areas in the restaurant.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A STEWARD:
- 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced English reading and communication skills.
- Knowledge of weights, measurements and volume.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a confined area with walk in freezers/refrigerators.
- Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
